Parfums Weil have a tremendous history and an unusual entry into the perfume business. Weil was established in Paris in 1912 originally as a furrier, by three brothers Alfred, Marcel and Jacques Weil, with the Weil brothers launching their first fragrances in the 1920's due to customer requests, as scents to be worn directly on the furs. Parfums Weil remained a family business in Paris until 1969, today the name and the quality of the of the brothers fragrances continues. Weil Wild Essence for men and Weil Wise Essence for men were added in 2012. Wild Essence contains Top notes of apple. lemon, cardamom and peppermint - Heart notes of lavender, cinnamon, sandalwood, nutmeg and black pepper with Base notes of light tobacco, tonka bean, ambergris, cacao bean and patchouli. Weil Wise Essence for men contains Top notes of lemon, verbena, bergamot and cardamom - Heart notes of pepper, laurel, elemi and coriander with Base notes of cedar, musk and patchouli.
