Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop and click on the "add to cart" button for any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept payment via Paypal, who will accept all major credit cards. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to GBP or your own currency.

You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.

Shipping and Handling
Orders are sent by first class post UK. Delivery rates are as follows:-

UK - Postage to U.K addresses - £3.95
Europe - Delivery £9.99
North America/Rest of the World - Delivery £15.99

If we have a problem delivering your order we will advise you.

Please Note: "The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tarrifs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee".

Delivery Schedule
Goods are normally dispatched next day .
Deliveries should be received within the following timescale:-

UK - 5 Working Days
Rest of the world - 15 Days

All credit/debit card numbers are taken by Paypal, They are not held by the Gentlemans Groom Room.

Please remember to include the appropriate shipping cost to your total order price, along with details of the products you require, your name and full shipping address including your post/zip code.

Returns Policy
The Gentleman's Groom Room are guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship. Any items revealing such defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

You can change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days after the date you receive delivery. If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing, whether by letter (a proof of postage certificate or recorded delivery would be best) or e-mail, before returning. Please include your details and the reason for the return.

Please ensure that any returned goods are properly packed to avoid breakages. Goods must be returned unused and in the condition they were despatched. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage as we cannot refund goods we do not receive. All items returned are at the customers expense, unless faulty. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the goods.

I received my order the other day and have to say I am delighted with my purchases. Thank you very much for forwarding on the 200ml skinfood instead of the 100ml, that was very kind of you. My friend and I have just started straight razor shaving and are experimenting with a number of different soaps and creams etc. I was pleased to find there was somewhere in Scotland who stock a great selection of the well known brands. We're both just outside Glasgow, but I'm sure we'll take a trip up to Dundee at some point see the shop, and no doubt, have ourselves a shave while we are there!
