The new shaving soap is Mountain Yew. In this shaving soap we capture the essence of the Caledonian Forrest. This fresh ,woody, masculine scent is enriched and fragranced with Juniper (Mountain Yew), Cajeput, Natural Honey, Mixed Spices, Cypress and Beeswax.
We are extremely proud to be a Scottish Business with firm Scottish roots and as such have teamed up with Trees For Life for the launch of our Mountain Yew Traditional Shaving Soap. Trees For Life are a Scottish conservation charity dedicated to the regeneration and restoration of the Caledonian Forrest in the Highlands of Scotland. The Gentleman's Groom Room have started a corporate grove of trees in the Highlands of Scotland with 50p from every purchase of our Mountain Yew Shaving Soap going directly towards the addition of more trees to our grove. Due to the popularity of our Sweet Gale and Scottish Heather Shaving Soaps this new shaving soap has been eagerly anticipated and we have been inundated with enquiries about the new soap, since announcing we were to extend the Essence of Scotland range. We are pleased to now give our customers an update on the product and are proud to welcome another great new unique soap and fragrance to our Essence of Scotland Range.
In addition to our Mountain Yew Traditional Shaving Soap, we will be launching a fourth shaving soap on 1/11/2011. Malt N Myrtle, a Winter Limited Edition shaving soap which will only be in production from the 1st of November to 1st of December, once all stock is gone this shaving soap will not be made again till 1st of November the following year.
A variation of our hero product Sweet Gale Traditional Shaving Soap, Malt N Myrtle Traditional Shaving Soap follows the same recipe, only Rosemary replaces the Cedarwood of the Sweet Gale soap. The uplifting fragrant notes of Rosemary blend in perfectly with Bog Myrtle, Natural Honey and Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
